(Alliance News) - DIY retailer Kingfisher PLC on Wednesday said that Non-Executive Director Clare Chapman intends to step down from the board on January 21.
Chapman has served on the company's board for nine years and, in line with the company's commitment to good governance, has decided to step down.
FTSE 100-listed Kingfisher shares in London closed at 214.00 pence each on Wednesday, up 1.4%.
