(Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed Kingfisher PLC Wednesday said incoming Chief Executive Officer Thierry Garnier will start work at the DIY retailer on September 25.
The company said Garnier will receive a salary of GBP800,000 and will receive a pension allowance of 12.5% of salary in line with the group's Remuneration Policy.
Garnier replaced outgoing CEO Veronique Laury who will step down from the board and her role on September 24.
The company will report interim results on September 18.
The stock closed down 0.6% at 221.70p in London on Wednesday.
