(Alliance News) - Ithaca Energy PLC on Friday said Chief Executive Officer Luciano Vasques has decided to leave the company by the end of March.
The offshore UK-focused oil exploration and producer said it has started the process to find a successor and will make a new announcement in due course.
Vasques has served as CEO of Ithaca Energy since October 2024.
Outgoing CEO Vasques said: "Following successful delivery of the business combination, our entry into the FTSE 100 and the establishment of a strong platform for future growth, I believe the company is in excellent shape and that now is the right time for me to retire and hand over the reins. I look forward to supporting an orderly transition and watching Ithaca continue to thrive."
