(Alliance News) - Industrial production in Ireland grew a notch in the three months to the end of August, the Central Statistics Office said Friday.

Industrial output was up 1.0% on-year between June and August, although this was lower than a climb of 2.7% it had reported for the period between May and July.

Manufacturing production fell 5.8% on-year in the three months to the end of August, worse than a decline of 4.1% CSO had reported for the three months to the end of July.
