InternetQ Points To Future Developments In Light Of Strong Update

9th Feb 2016 09:32

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile marketing company InternetQ PLC Tuesday pointed to future development opportunities within its mobile marketing and digital entertainment businesses, after a strong performance by both segments in 2015.

In a trading update, InternetQ said its 2015 revenue was around EUR150 million, up 14% from EUR130 million in 2014, with 72% of this coming from its mobile marketing segment and 28% from its digital entertainment segment. The company had cash of around EUR19.0 million at the end of 2015, up from EUR12.0 million at the end of 2014.

The company said it had a solid pipeline for the year ahead and was seeing positive momentum across both its segments. It added it was continuing to focus on developing and evolving its 'minimob' mobile app-focused advertising platform, and was looking into international growth opportunities and product differentiation for its music streaming application Akazoo.

InternetQ said it will increase its footprint in existing geographies where it already has a presence, as well as increasing its foothold in Europe through its new Berlin office.

InternetQ shares were up 1.6% at 135.95 pence on Tuesday morning.
