(Alliance News) - IntegraFin PLC on Tuesday said it expects recent strong momentum to continue, following robust net inflows and funds under direction growth.
The London-based financial services and software provider reported funds under direction of GBP86.5 billion on its Transact investment platform at the end of the fourth quarter ended September 30, up 17% from GBP74.2 billion a year earlier.
Net inflows on Transact were GBP851 million in the fourth quarter, down 15.9% from GBP1.01 billion a year earlier. Full-year net inflows were GBP4.22 billion, down 4.5% from GBP4.35 billion.
Chief Executive Officer Alex Scott said: "We are confident that Transact will maintain a strong share of net flows into the growing adviser platform market in the coming year."
Average daily funds under direction in the fourth quarter rose 20% to GBP86.03 billion from GBP71.94 billion a year earlier.
Gross inflows reached a record GBP11.17 billion for the financial year, up 11% from GBP10.10 billion in financial 2025.
Looking ahead, IntegraFin said it expects full-year revenue of about GBP177 million, representing a 13% increase from GBP156.8 million the previous year.
The company reiterated its cost guidance, expecting underlying administrative expense growth to slow to about 3% in both financial 2026 and 2027 as it continues to implement cost management initiatives and operational efficiencies.
"We have maintained our rigorous focus on cost control, implementing the next phase of our efficiency initiatives. Our continued strong momentum means we look ahead with confidence," Scott concluded.
Shares in IntegraFin were down 3.0% at 372.50 pence per share on Tuesday in London.
