Xpediator PLC - Braintree, England-based freight management services provider - Says that following court approval for the scheme facilitating the takeover by funds advised by BaltCap, Cogels Investments Ltd and Nuoma IR Kapitalas, its shares will be removed from AIM Index on July 7, pending takeover by DLM Bidco Ltd on July 6.
Declares a 2 pence per share special dividend for its takeover by DLM Bidco, and anticipates effective date of takeover of all of its shares to be on Friday.
