Volution Group PLC - Crawley, England-based maker of ventilation products - Promotes Non-Executive Director Celia Baxter to senior independent director, replacing Amanda Mellor, who will step down from the board after nine years at Volution's annual general meeting in December. Volution will announce the date of its AGM on October 21.
