Vietnam Enterprise Investments Ltd - Invests in listed equities in Vietnam - Says that Gordon Lawson has informed the board he will step down as chair of the company and resign from the board, both effective June 30, 2024. Lawson has served as an independent non-executive director of VEIL since July 2014, and as chair since 2022. The board elects Sarah Arkle, currently an independent non-executive director, to replace Lawson as chair of the company after Lawson steps down.
