Vector Capital PLC - commercial lending company - Completes a placing of new shares, raising gross proceeds of GBP1.5 million. These funds will be used to increase the company's lending power to meet demand for its loans. Vector Capital issues 3.2 million shares at a price of 47 pence each. The placing was conducted at 7.8% discount to the company's closing share price on Tuesday.
