Valterra Platinum Ltd - Rosebank, Johannesburg-based company formerly known as Anglo American Platinum Ltd - Non-Executive Director Lwazi Bam will step down on May 1 to take up an executive director role outside Valterra. Bam has been a board member since April 2023.
