Urban Exposure PLC - residential development firm and asset manager - Says cash balance now GBP65.5 million, of which it expects to distribute GBP43 million within the next two months to shareholders. Nature and timing of capital return to be announced in due course.
Company's forecast capital drawdown obligations have further reduced to around GBP7.7 million.
