ULS Technology PLC - Thame, Oxfordshire-based online platforms for conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, including DigitalMove - Hires Michael Cress to replace John Williams as chief financial officer. Williams leaves after 11 years with ULS, which included helping with its listing on AIM in 2014. Cress will join in the Spring from My 1st Years, where he is finance director. My 1st Years sells personalised gifts for babies. Previously, he worked at price comparison site Kelkoo.
