UDG Healthcare PLC - Dublin, Ireland-based healthcare company - Says acquisition by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC has become complete on Monday after scheme becomes effective. Cancellation of listing of UDG shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur by 0800 BST on Tuesday.
