Trian Investors 1 Ltd - offers exposure to investment activity of Trian Investors Management LLC - Shareholders representing 61% of share capital vote for voluntary liquidation at extraordinary general meeting. Votes for liquidiation are 840,809, while there are no votes against and 117,192 votes withheld. The company's shares were suspended on Wednesday morning. In mid-March, Trian Investors 1 said it aimed to wind up during 2023 as it NAV fell in 2022. NAV per share at December 31 fell 17% to 180.67 pence per share from 216.80p a year prior.
