TPXimpact Holdings PLC - London-based technology-enabled services company - Confirms after the London market close, in response to "market speculation regarding recent contract wins," that it has "provisionally" won a GBP25 million three-year contract with the Ministry of Justice. Says this deal was subject to a standstill period until 23:59 BST on July 30, and that it remains subject to final contract signatures from both sides. Adds that it will release a further announcement on this matter "in due course".
Current stock price: 73.15 pence, closed up 5.3% on Monday in London
