Toople PLC - Letchworth Garden City, England-based telecom services - Says Chief Executive Officer Andrew Hollingworth resigns with immediate effect due to personal circumstances. Chief Operating Officer Greg Bryce been promoted to CEO.
Chair Richard Horsman says: "Andy has led Toople through a period of considerable change, the Covid-19 pandemic and a business transformation and we would like to thank him for his hard work and dedication and we wish him and his family well for the future. At the same time, we welcome Greg's appointment which signals a new era for Toople. He has a strong sales focussed background with relevant industry experience and has extensive M&A credentials. We look forward to his leadership as Toople seeks to capitalise on new opportunities that are presenting themselves in light of a continually more digitally connected UK."
