Third Point Investors Ltd - feeder fund that invests in the Third Point Offshore Fund - Reports all resolutions were passed at the annual general meeting on June 7. Notes that in respect of Resolution 7, votes against the re-election of Josh Targoff totalled 33.60%, exceeding the 20% threshold for votes cast against the resolution. Explains the board is therefore obligated to provide an update on the views received from shareholders and respond accordingly within a six-month period. Says the board will respond accordingly.
