Temple Bar Investment Trust PLC - UK-focused investment trust - Net asset value with debt at market value amounts to 233.52 pence per share as at December 31, down 2.8% from 240.35p on the same date a year earlier. NAV total return for the year is negative 2.0%, compared to a positive 0.3% return by its benchmark, the FTSE All-Share index. Declares a total dividend of 9.35 pence per share, up 18% from 7.9p a year prior. Looking ahead, Temple Bar says it is optimistic that further progress can be made and that the portfolio is well positioned.
