Technology Minerals PLC - London-based battery metals and recycling firm - Receives conversion notice from Atlas Capital Markets LLC on Wednesday for GBP80,000 of convertible bonds from the convertible bond facility announced in March. Technology Minerals says it has drawn a total of GBP2.1 million under the facility, GBP330,000 of which has been converted into new ordinary shares. ACM indicates it has no immediate plans to dispose of the shares. Technology Minerals will issue around 18.4 million shares at 0.43516 pence each.
