IN BRIEF: Stranger Holdings secures GBP3.5 million investment

Stranger Holdings PLC - London-based investor intending to acquire a target company, business or asset in the industrial or service sector - Secures committed equity funding of GBP3.5 million from Q Global Commodities Group, "one of South Africa's leading independent commodity, mining, logistics and investment funds." The amount of GBP3.5 million was the minimum required to complete Stranger's reverse takeover by Mayflower Energy Metals Ltd and its acquisition of the Henkries uranium project in South Africa's Northern Cape. Final steps in obtaining prospectus approval relating to the transaction are in progress with the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Stranger Holdings expects re-admission to the London Stock Exchange early in the third quarter. Company will by then be trading as Neo Energy Metals Ltd. Q Global Chief Executive Officer Quinton Van Der Burgh will join the company's board upon completion of the reverse takeover.
