Stock Spirits Group PLC - Buckinghamshire-based spirits producer - Shareholders approve acquisition by CVC Funds in general meeting, with 95% votes in favour, and court meeting. The court still has to approve the takeover at a meeting expected in December or January, which will be followed by the delisting of Stock Spirits three days later.
