Stelrad Group PLC - Brazil-focused gold mining and development company - Non-Executive Director & Senior Independent Director Terry Miller plans to step down at the end of the year. Miller joined the company in October 2021 as part of its initial public offerings. Says a replacement will be appointed in due course.
Chair Bob Ellis says: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Terry for the contribution that she has made to the company over the past two years and we wish her well for the future."
Current stock price: 109.40 pence, up 2.7% on Friday afternoon in London
