Stack BTC PLC - London-based investment firm aiming to build a portfolio of "high-quality" and cash-generative businesses alongside a bitcoin treasury - Appoints David Galan as chief executive officer and Paul Withers as chief strategy officer. New CEO Galan succeeds Jai Patel who is stepping down from the board immediately. Stack BTC says CEO Galan brings "extensive experience in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and executive leadership." Meanwhile, Chief Strategy Officer Paul Withers has more than two decades of entrepreneurial, strategic and capital allocation experience across financial services, precious metals, fintech and private markets.
