St Modwen Properties PLC - Birmingham-based property investor and developer - Completes delisting from the main market of the London Stock Exchange, with the Financial Conduct Authority cancelling the listing of all shares on Monday. The news follows announcement by St Modwen back in June that it had accepted a final takeover offer of GBP1.27 billion from Brighton Bidco Ltd, indirectly owned by Blackstone Group Inc.
