St James House PLC - Windsor, Berkshire-based IT services - Inks amendment to the financing and commercial agreement with Tintra Acquisitions Ltd, a 9.9% shareholder.
Under the amendment, loan facility has been increased by GBP250,000 to GBP750,000, which will be used for working capital purposes.
With this and the sale of St Frances House Ltd, St James House believes that working capital levels for current financial year are now appropriate.
