Spectris PLC - London-based company providing high-tech instruments, test equipment and software for industrial applications - Appoints Cathy Turner as senior independent director as part of a planned succession process. Turner takes over from Bill Seeger as he ends his nine-year tenure on the Spectris board. Turner has been a non-executive director of Spectris since September 2019.
