IN BRIEF: SLF Realisation says plugging away with realisations

21st Mar 2024 20:11

SLF Realisation Fund Ltd - realising all remaining assets in the portfolio of the ordinary share class and the 2016 C share class - Net asset value per ordinary share at December 31 year end declines 49% to 3.57p from 6.94p 12 months earlier. For 2016 C Shares, NAV per share falls 35% to 5.42p from 8.28p.

"The bulk of the realisations for the 2016 C share class has been completed and a substantial part of the ordinary share class has also been completed. The board expects the wind-down plan for the bulk of what remains will likely take approximately 6 to 12 months to exit, with a further tail likely to take approximately a further 12 months. As part of a review of costs, and due to the small size of the company, the board is reviewing a plan to delist the company's ordinary and 2016 C shares from the London Stock Exchange," SLF says.

Current stock price: 1.68 pence

12-month change: down 75%
