IN BRIEF: SimplyBiz To Pay Final Dividend For 2020, Amid Revenue Dip

SimplyBiz Group PLC - business services provider to financial advisers - For 2020, revenue is expected to be GBP61 million, down 3.2% from GBP63 million the year before. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margin remains in-line at 28.3% while net debt reduced to GBP19.5 million as at December 31 from GBP27.0 million the prior year.

Company plans to declare final dividend of at least 2.00 pence per share, compared to 2.85p the prior year.

Adjusted earnings per share is set to be marginally above 11.0 pence, compared to 13.4p the year before.

"We are delighted to have delivered a resilient trading performance in a challenging year, demonstrating the robust nature of our core revenues and an ongoing improvement in the quality of our underlying earnings, offsetting an expected reduction of valuation income in the period," said Joint Chief Executive Officer Matt Timmins.

SimplyBiz will publish its annual results on March 16.
