Shell PLC - London-based oil major - Chief Financial Officer Sinead Gorman sells 30,000 shares at GBP33.69, worth GBP1.0 million, and Chief Legal Officer Philippa Bounds sells 8,000 shares at GBP33.80, worth GBP270,400, both in London on Friday last week. Shell on Thursday released its second-quarter earnings, saying pretax profit multiplied to USD15.75 billion from USD5.98 billion a year earlier, thanks to higher oil and gas prices.
