Serabi Gold PLC - Brazil-focused mining company with offices in the UK and Canada - Chief Financial Officer Colm Howlin steps down, effective from Friday last week. Serabi appoints Nick Box as interim CFO with effect from the same date. Says he will not join the board but will work closely with it. Says the process to appoint a permanent successor to Howlin has commenced. Box was previously vice president of investor relations at Harbour Energy PLC, and before that was acting CFO at ACG Acquisition Co Ltd, now named ACG Metals Ltd, and CFO at SDX Energy PLC.
