Seneca Growth Capital VCT PLC - St. Helens, England-based investment firm - Net assets in 2021 increases 29% to GBP3.2 million from GBP2.5 million in ordinary share pool. In B share pool, net assets nearly doubles to GBP14.6 million from GBP8.3 million. Net asset value per share in the ordinary pool rises to 38.9 pence from 30.2p at December 31 year-on-year. In the B pool, NAV per share rises to 100.1p from 91.8p at December 31 year-on-year.
Seneca expects to increase the funds raised under the current B share offer and add new growth capital investments to the B share portfolio during the course of 2022.
