Secure Income REIT PLC - London-based commercial real estate-focused investment trust - and fellow property investor LXi REIT PLC- 99% of shareholders of both companies vote to approve all-share merger in separate meetings. The remaining conditions outstanding are now a waiver of any conditions in the scheme document, and court approval of the merger.
