RockRose Energy PLC - London-headquartered oil and gas firm - Reports an error in the disclosed holdings of Hannam in connection with RockRose's GBP247.6 million acquisition by Viaro Energy. It was previously disclosed that Hannam is a concert party to Viaro and that Hannam employees held interest in 263,844 RockRose shares, equivalent to around a 2.0% stake. Due to the inability to be certain of the identity of a nominee holding 10,055 of these shares on behalf of a Hannam employee, the aggregate number for irrevocable commitment disclosure should have been limited to 253,789 Rockrose shares or a 1.9% stake. Consequently, Viara has received irrevocable undertakings of 4.8 million Rockrose shares in total or 36.8% of total shares.
