Renew Holdings PLC - Leeds, England-based engineering services group - Notes that "a number of companies" are moving to the London Main Market from the AIM market which has resulted in "heightened interest" in this topic from investors. Says the board will remain "open minded" about the most appropriate listing venue for the firm, but confirms there is no current intention to transfer to the Main Market.
"As stated in the recent year end results announcement, the foundations of the business have never been stronger and we look forward to continuing to execute against our growth strategy in the current period and beyond," the firm adds.
Current stock price: 886.00 pence, up 0.3% on Friday afternoon in London
12-month change: down 5.8%
