RBG Holdings PLC - London-based legal and professional services firm - Raises gross proceeds of GBP137,910 pursuant to a retail offer. Subject to the offer becoming unconditional, a total of 1.5 million offer shares will be issued at 9.0 pence each. Additionally, RBG Holdings has raised a further GBP35,000 through the issue of 388,889 subscription shares at the same issue price.
