Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd - developing Phalaborwa rare earths project in South Africa and Uberaba project in Brazil - Non-Executive Chair Adonis Pouroulis buys 1.1 million shares at GBP0.098, worth GBP112,161, on Tuesday. The shares are purchased from Piran Resources Ltd, which is connected to Pouroulis and other Rainbow Rare Earths directors. Pouroulis now is interested in 89.5 million shares, a 14.2% stake.
