PV Crystalox Solar PLC - silicon wafers manufacturer - Says 4.8 million shares validly tendered so tender offer was oversubscribed. Company was authorised to purchase up to 3.6 million shares. Says shareholders who tendered more than basic entitlement will have number scaled down so company does not exceed 3.6 million shares maximum.
