Pulsar Helium Inc - White Rock, Canada-based resource company targeting helium in the US and Greenland - Appoints David Young as chief financial officer with immediate effect. Former CFO Dan O'Brien steps down, also with immediate effect, but remains as vice president of finance. Pulsar says Young brings more than 25 years of experience as an investor, operator and senior executive.
CEO Thomas Abraham-James comments: "David joins Pulsar at an important stage in the company's development. His combination of helium-sector knowledge, capital-markets experience and public-company governance expertise will strengthen our leadership team as we advance Topaz and pursue a disciplined path towards development and long-term value creation."
Current stock price: 70.80 pence, up 4.9% on Monday afternoon in London
12-month change: more than doubled from 24.20p
