Proven VCT PLC - venture capital trust - Subscription offer to raise up to GBP20 million is expected to reach this amount shortly, and Proven is not intending to use its up to GBP10 million over allotment facility. As such, the offer is expected to closed to further application at 1700 GMT on Friday or when valid application for around GBP20 million have been accepted. Proven reserves the right to re-open the offer and make use of the over-allotment facility any time up to November 19, 2021.
