ProVen VCT and ProVen Growth & Income VCT - venture capital trusts - Proven VCT posts 6.7% annual net asset value per share hike to 74.8 pence in year ended February 28, from 70.1p. Proposes final dividend of 2.0p per share, flat annually. Total yearly payout is 3.5p, down 13% from 4.0p. ProVen Growth & Income NAV per share up 4.9% to 61.5p from 58.6p. Total payout cut by 7.7% to 3.0p per share from 3.3p.
