Prime People PLC - recruiter - Proposes to cancel listing on London's AIM due to the poor performance of the company's share price, material financial costs to keep the listing and low liquidity issues.
Prime People will also propose to launch a tender offer for up to 2.3 million shares reflecting 19% of the company's entire share capital at a price of 87 pence each.
Will hold a general meeting on January 12 to propose the delisting, however notes that 53% of shareholders have given irrevocable undertakings to not accept the tender offer.
Current stock price: 74.00 pence, up 7.9% on Friday
Year-to-date change: up 19%
