Polar Capital Global Financials Trust PLC - London-based investor in financial companies for income and capital growth - Appoints Simon Cordery as chair of the company, with effect from March 30. Cordery has been a non-executive director of the company since July 1, 2019.
Further, one of the three co-managers of the company's portfolio, John Yakas, will be retiring from Polar Capital LLP, effective June 30. The portfolio will continue to be managed by Nick Brind and George Barrow.
Current stock price: 161.16 pence, up 0.5% in London on Tuesday
