Petra Diamonds Ltd - South Africa and Tanzania-focused diamond miner - Appoints Questco Corporate Advisory (Pty) Ltd as financial advisor to manage its strategic review. The review was announced Friday, together with the resignation of Chair Jose Manual Vargas. On Friday, Petra Diamonds said the review "will include the consideration of all potential paths to address liquidity needs of the business...including but not limited to a potential sales process in relation to the company's assets."
