Palace Capital PLC - London-based property investor - Commences buyback programme of up to 300,000 shares, with broker Cavendish conducting the scheme on the company's behalf. Says the programme will run until October 23 at the latest, or earlier if the maximum share purchase amount has been reached or its buyback authority is not renewed at or before its next annual general meeting. Notes it will seek to cancel the repurchased shares upon completion of the programme.
