CPL Resources PLC - Dublin-based human resources firm - Says High Court has approved the acquisition of Outsourcing Talent Ireland Ltd for CPL Resources. In November, Outsourcing reached an agreement to acquire CPL for EUR317.8 million. CPL shares will be suspended from trading on AIM on Thursday and cancelled on Friday.
