Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC - London-based investor in renewable energy assets in UK, Europe and Australia - Agrees to buy the Barnsdale Solar Park in West Yorkshire, England for GBP34.6 million, including remaining construction costs. Octopus Renewables is buying the 55 megawatt solar project from OnPath Energy Ltd, a Sunderland, England-based onshore renewable energy project developer.
