Ocado Group PLC - Hatfield, England-based licensor of grocery fulfilment technology to global retailers, including Kroger in the US, and Coles Group in Australia - Says non-executive director John Martin has been appointed as chief financial officer of Vertical Aerospace, effective from February 20. Vertical Aerospace is a Bristol, England-based aerospace manufacturer.
