Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provides access to private equity investments of Oakley Capital Ltd - Will invest up to GBP20 million via Oakley Capital Fund VI as part of Oakley Capital's acquisition of a majority stake in Graphwise, which provides enterprise customers with a 'semantic layer' over their databases to improve the reliability of artificial intelligence applications. Graphwise is the result of the merger in 2024 of Sofia-based Ontotext AD and Vienna-based Semantic Web Co GmbH. "Driven by the structural tailwinds of AI, growth is set to accelerate as Graphwise establishes itself as the enabling infrastructure layer for enterprise AI," Oakley Capital says.
