Nucleus Financial Group PLC - Edinburgh-based financial services provider - Takeover by James Hay Holdings Ltd for GBP144.6 million has become unconditional in all aspects after gaining approval and the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
So far, James Hay has received valid acceptances for more than 90% of Nucleus Financial's shares. The company is track to be delisted from the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in six weeks.
